Those of my family living in and around Carrol may recognize the blue Manning water tower. They also may wonder why I was so close and didn't stop by. Just focus on the pretty blues instead.

Somewhere in Northern CA

So it's been awhile since anything has been posted... 5 months actually. Why is that? Basically it's because winter sucks and when it's cold I don't like going outside to do anything, let alone meander around taking pictures. Haven't taken the camera out since November when I shot the Silo 42 pics. And when I haven't been taking pictures the photo editing falls by the wayside too. It's been a long hard winter but it finally seems to be warming up, so I'll be out again soon.

Anyway, to the photo and topic at hand. Landscapes aren't really my thing. I don't know how to make them really pop and get that "WOW!" factor with them. It really isn't where my photographic interests lie anyway. Still, it's hard to take a bad picture of the Pacific coastline in Northern California. Point the camera and let nature take care of the rest. From my Pacific Coast Highway road trip last September.
